CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Leading Hands or Foremen for ongoing civil infrastructure projects based in Bundaberg, QLD . If you have hands-on experience in the installation of sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation systems and enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced civil environment – we want to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity for local applicants or those open to relocating, with flexibility around notice periods for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a crew of pipelayers, excavator operators, and labourers on site. Perform and oversee the installation of deep sewer, stormwater, and water mains in residential subdivisions. Maintain adherence to SEQ standards, project specifications, and all relevant safety protocols. Manage daily site tasks, resourcing, scheduling, and productivity (Foreman role). Conduct quality checks and rectify issues in a timely and efficient manner. Operate effectively in challenging ground conditions, using best practice civil drainage techniques. Liaise with site supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and address site challenges. Our Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years’ experience in a Civil Drainage Foreman role OR proven Leading Hand / Pipelaying experience. Demonstrated experience installing deep sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure in subdivisions. Solid understanding of SEQ standards and strong commitment to site safety and compliance. Ability to read and interpret plans, set levels, and use levelling equipment accurately. Strong communication and leadership skills to support and guide onsite teams. Relevant tickets/licences for plant operation and high-risk work are highly regarded.
